Q What format of artwork should I provide?
A AI (Illustrator file) or PDF (Unlock file) will help to speed up the artwork proofing process. High resolution JPEG file may work sometimes.

Q Can I get some sample? Any charge?
A We can supply the sample if we have ready parts in stock, but the customers have to pay the sample cost and the courier cost.

Q Can you produce according to the samples?
A Yes, we can produce by your samples or technical drawings. We can build the molds and fixtures.

Q Production time for samples?
A 2-5 working days.

Q Production time for mass goods?
A 7-15 working days, it depends on the quantity.

Q What is your terms of packing?
A Generally, we pack our goods in brown cartons. If you have legally registered patent, we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters.

A Express door-to-door 3-5 working days//By sea or airfreight 15-25 working days.

A T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.
