Most of our programmes run 5,000 to 100,000+ pieces per design, with peak-season capacity reserved across 45 production lines so large orders are not pushed back by inserted jobs. For qualified brand partners validating a new structure ahead of a full rollout, small pilot runs can be arranged on request.
We are a manufacturer. Lipack operates four plants in Shanghai, Nanjing, Suzhou and Hefei with 45 production lines and 200+ staff. Structural design, printing, converting, finishing and export documentation are all handled in-house, which is why quotes and lead times come back the same day rather than after a round of relaying.
Yes. A live cloud audit is arranged within 1 to 3 working days and covers the packaging showroom, production workshop and equipment, the bag and box production flow, printing, die-cutting, lamination and gluing, the quality inspection area and orders currently in production. On-site audits at our Shanghai plant can be arranged at a day’s notice.
Dedicated colour technicians match to your Pantone reference on press, and acceptance is verified with a spectrophotometer. Sign-off requires a colour deviation under 1%, measured against the approved sample, so a reorder placed a year later matches the original run.
Structure confirmation and dieline development take 1 to 2 days, a 3D mockup comes back within 24 hours, and a physical sample takes 3 to 5 days. Rush sampling can be completed in 1 to 3 days by prioritising engineering review and material preparation — the verification steps themselves are never skipped.
FSC, ISO 9001, SGS, CNAS and Disney FAMA. FSC and ISO 9001 are the two most frequently requested by apparel and retail buyers; licensed merchandise programmes generally require Disney FAMA. Chain-of-custody certificates can be issued against your specific order.
Every project starts with a bilingual written spec confirmation covering dimensions and structure, board weight, print colours, surface finishing, insert design and export packing. Confirmation is then repeated at three checkpoints: design, sampling and pre-production sample approval. One account manager handles the project throughout, with a 95%+ reply rate inside 3 hours.
We ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) by sea, air or express to your warehouse, retail location or Amazon FBA centre. Customs clearance and duties are handled on our side, so the packaging arrives without you managing a broker. Goods are pallet-packed with corner guards.
